The prices are reasonable, especially considering the attention to detail and basic amenities provided. The location is convenient, with a short walking distance to the underground station, making it easy to explore the city. The staff is friendly and the rooms are clean, with fresh bedding and an OK shower. Additionally, having a fridge in the room is a nice touch. The breakfast, although with limited selections, is a good start to the day.
All in all, everything was fine.

The breakfast had a lot of variety and there were friendly staff members. The hotel's location was convenient for exploration, being near both the MRT station and several shopping centers. the room had a beautiful view.
The hotel was quite crowded and the lobby lacked seating. The wifi was not complimentary and the restaurant options were limited.

This hotel is located in a very central area of the city, close to the MRT which makes transportation very easy. Additionally, there is a night market just a few steps away and the hotel facilities are very clean and well-maintained.
No issues.

Its reasonably priced and within walking distance to mrt (underground) train station.
I found the staff unhelpful when I requested for a double room instead of twin. Their response was I should have requested this at time of booking. I was not aware of such option was not necessary as I selected double/ twin room option with bath and shower facility. The room I was given had a shower facility only! I also found the bed extremely hard and uncomfortable to sleep on.

Nice room, nice location, Good decoration of the room. Matrass was a bit hard but I like that.
Terrible showers, had 2 different rooms, both showers run out of hot water after less than 5 minutes. Receptionist seemed ill or moody. Breakfast buffet nothing special.

We had a wonderful stay at a hotel that is a great value for the money. the hotel is located in an area close to transportation, making it easy to get to and from areas like downtown. We appreciated the comfortable room and the helpfulness of the hotel staff. the breakfast had plenty of choices, though we wish they would provide a wider variety of dishes. We especially enjoyed the convenience of being just a short taxi ride from the airport.
The hotel had an issue with internet access, with only one device allowed to log in for a fee.

The prices are reasonable and the attention to detail is impressive. The location, in a non-touristy neighborhood near an underground station linking to the skytrain, is convenient for exploring the city. The staff provides great service, and the rooms, with their basic amenities and fresh bedding, are comfortable. Although the breakfast has limited selections, it is satisfying.
All aspects of this hotel were satisfactory.

Great location near shopping and other establishments. Easily accessible through the subway. the staff was friendly and helpful in assisting with tour arrangements. the breakfast buffet was decent, with a good selection of food and drinks. the hotel provided value for money.
The rooms are in dire need of renovations. the furniture was old and worn out, and the bathroom fixtures were rusted.
